We are actively seeking a highly motivated Client Services Associate to assist our Business Development Team. All candidates must have sales and client relations experience.

We are actively seeking a highly motivated Client Services Associate to assist our Business Development Team. All candidates must have sales and client relations experience.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to interact with clients
- Ability to communicate technical information related to building systems
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strategic thinking
- Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
- Experience in the real estate industry and/or business development a big plus
- Degree in engineering, architecture, sustainability or another technical field a plus but not essential
- This is a long-term position with solid growth potential
Responsibilities:
- Draft formal proposals for engineering and architectural services
- Process time-sensitive requests for services
- Manage proposal and client information through a proprietary database system
- Coordinate with staff engineers and architects
- Interact with clients to build and maintain relationships
- Attend client meetings
- Educate clients on NYC building regulations
- Promote the firm at trade shows and industry events
